Serial KIller (1995)

As a member of the FBI's Psychological Profile Unit, Selby Younger (Kim Delaney) and her partner, Cole Grayson (Gary Hudson), help capture William Morrano (Tobin Bell), a sadistic and intelligent serial killer. Before getting caught, Morrano attacks Selby, nearly killing her and leaving her with serious psychological wounds. Two years later, Selby is working a desk job when Morrano escapes. No he's back with a vengeance and he informs the FBI that he really wants Selby to be on the case. She's reluctant, at first, but when Morrano starts targeting people close to her, Selby agrees to face her personal traumas again.
