Shaolin Warrior is a learning series and workout series that helps beginners and veterans pick up key aspects of a Shaolin Warriors repertoire. The series features exercises and techniques to be learnt by anyone as the series provides a serious workout using aspects of Shaolin training to encourage a different type of exercise and relaxation at the same time. The series uses the calm nature of Shaolin movement to promote relaxation and slow yet extensive exercise for the whole family, from basic breathing routines to more elaborate movement designed to push the audience while calming them.
