- American drama in which Italian tailor Mike Esposito (John Aprea) is the proprietor of a family business which creates high-quality suits and comes to the attention of a mafia don. After Esposito's wife accidentally reverses into one of the mob's car, Don Piano (John Capodice) acquaints himself with the Italian tailor, and has him rectify the situation by tailoring a sharkskin suit. When he becomes infamous in the underworld for his exquisite suit creations, many other high-ranking gangsters visit him and his loyalties begin to cause dilemmas. Can the humble tailor and his family avoid being dragged into the mafia life?
