- Synopsis:
The story of a Haredi family in Jerusalem. Shulem Schtisel (Doval'e Glickman) the father of a large family is dealing with his younger son who he wants to see married soon. His daughter, Giti (Neta Riskin) is dealing in secret with marital problems while his other son Zvi Arie (Sarel Piterman) tries to patch everything up...Bube Malka (Hanna Rieber) is still in a comma in the hospital, so Shulem's brother with his beautiful daughter come from abroad and stay with Shulem and Akiva (Michael Aloni). Lipa (Zohar Shtrauss) and Giti are expecting a baby and find a strange ad in the newspaper...The Shtisels are worried about Ruhami's sudden marriage and Giti returns home to bring Ruhami back. This brings old love memories to Giti. Akiva gets a scholarship for his drawings but Shulem is not impressed from the accomplishment...Shulem and Nukhem (Sasson Gabai) clash over Akiva painting again. Akiva tries to contact Libi (Hadas Yaron). The festive preparations to Ruchami and Hanina's wedding awaken complex family issues... - Actors:
