Cilla as a doll, Artie as a soldier, Gary as a spaceman and Kevin as cowboy have arrived in Toytown dressed for the occasion. However, there's work to do to get everything ready for the arrival of the Mayor. The Town Hall clock counts down as the Singing Kettle try to locate the coloured kettles and find the clues to enter the amazing world of Toytown!
