Born and raised in West Atlanta known to locals as Tha Bluff, Curtis is caught up in a life of smoking crack, selling drugs, armed robbery and an inevitable early death. When Curtis steals a video camera, he decides to document his life's struggles and the harsh realities of living in one of the most dangerous neighbourhoods in the US.
