Anya Voight's father, Joseph (Eric Roberts), is the head of the global criminal organization known as the "Four Pillars". When he is ambushed and murdered in his own home by a hitman, Anya (Fiona Dorn) is awarded almost all of his fortune. This isn't pleasing to her young stepmother, Quinn (Gina Vitori), who already saw herself as the head of the organization. Therefore, she sends a hitman (Quinton "Rampage" Jackson) after Anya. However, Anya narrowly escapes with her life and is taken in by an unknown woman, Luna (Sunny Tellone). She takes her to the secret hideout of the Onna-Musha, a group of female samurai who fight against evil in the world according to a strict code of honor.
