Jessie Walters is an appealing thirteen-year-old who is transformed by a makeup artist into a striking young woman who might easily pass for sixteen. And that's just what she does-only not too easily!
Micheal Skye is the leader of The Skye Band. He's gorgeous, talented, and seventeen. When Jessie sees Michael performing with his band at a shopping mall, it's love at first sight. From the moment they meet, it's only a matter of time. When Jessie lies to Micheal, telling him she's sixteen, one lie leads to another.
