On February 17, 2013, as part of the tour for the album King Animal, their first studio album in over sixteen years, Soundgarden gave a special live concert as part of the 'Live from the Artists Den' series at the Wiltern Theatre in Los Angeles. In addition to new songs and their classics, Soundgarden also performed rarities that were performed in front of audiences for the first time. The concert has become one of the most sought-after Soundgarden shows of all time. The 29-song concert covers the entire repertoire of the band, from the early years of “Hunted Down” to their monumental albums Badmotorfinger and Superunknown with “Outshined” and “Black Hole Sun” to almost every song by King Animal, including “By Crooked Steps” and “Been Away Too Long”. 'Soundgarden - Live from the Artists Den' includes 21 songs that have never been released as live video recordings, of which 17 songs have never been released as live audio, including the premiere of “Blind Dogs”. Six years after the start of the live performance at the Wiltern Theatre, Artists Den will collaborate with UME to release a range of products for soundgarden.
