Synopsis:
Based around Roland Emmerich’s motion picture Stargate, Stargate SG-1 follows a team of explorers who use a stargate to travel to different planets. While travelling they make a deadly enemy in the alien Apophis and must contend with keeping not only the planets he enslaves safe but also keep secret the location of Earth. The series stars Richard Dean Anderson (Maguyver), Michael Shanks (Saving Hope) and Amanda Tapping (Sanctuary) who make up part of the team SG-1 as they seek out adventure and new societies.
