- Synopsis:
Follows the men and women of a Seattle firehouse...Andy Herrera (Jaina Lee Ortiz) must step up when the Station 19 crew responds to an apartment fire and Captain Pruitt (Miguel Sandoval) takes a hit...Jack (Grey Damon) continues to butt heads with Andy when he begins his first shift as co-captain...Miranda Bailey (Chandra Wilson) visits Ben (Jason George) and meets his new co-workers; most of the team responds to a motor accident involving an electrical danger; Andy and Maya (Danielle Savre) go on their first stakeout...Ripley (Brett Tucker) interviews each member of the Station 19 crew to determine whether Andy or Jack should be given the role of captain. Meanwhile, a mom's day out on a party bus takes a turn for the worst, and Captain Pruitt continues his treatment...The heat is on in this roller coaster of emotions episode.
