- An American Western series about Marshal Dan Troop (John Russell) as he moves from Kansas to Wyoming to take a position of Marshal in a town called Laramie when he finds himself working with deputy Marshal Johnny McKay (Peter Brown). The show follows the two as they protect the town and also as Dan teaches Johnny everything there is to know about being a Lawman. The series looks at the friendship between the two but also at Dan’s integration into this new small town community and the romance he starts with a saloon owner named Lily.
