In the country of Trumptonshire, not far away from Camberwick Green, is the tiny country hamlet of Chigley. Visit Chigley where today Harry Farthing is at a Chigley Pottery, busy at his potter's wheel, Mr Cresswell is showing Farmer Bell around the Biscuit Factory, Lord Belborough is at Winkstead Hall preparing to take Doctor Mopp for a ride on Bessie, his beloved old steam engine, and the Mayor saves the day with his splendid idea... Today Mr Swallow from Treddles Wharf is having trouble with the crane, the villagers surprise Lord Belborough with lovely present, Windy Miller comes up with an idea to save Winkstead Hall's apples and when Chigley river floods, Mr Dagenham's helicopter comes in very useful... - Directors:
