Kiran, a multimllionare's daughter arrives from America to meet her fiancee Prince Vijay whom she has not seen since childhood. She stays in her own five star hotel where Amar (Saif Ali Khan) works as a waiter. Amar falls head over heels in love with her. Unknown to the two lovers, plots are being hatched in the hotel. On one hand Suraj (Aditya Pancholi) turns up as Prince Vijay and his idea is to steal the engagement ring from Kiran and on the other hand Raja (Sunil Shetty) is hired by Jagtap (Mukesh Rishi) to kidnap Kiran. Amar suspects them both but cannot convince the hotel manager that the two are up to something.
The plot takes a twist when Suraj is exposed with the arrival of Kiran's maternal uncle Laxman (Arun Bakshi)and Vijay's paternal Uncle Vikram (Achyut Potdar) from America. Suraj is forced to take Laxman and Vikram to a hideout where he has hidden the real Prince Vijay. But they stumble upon Vijay's dead body. A frightened Suraj runs away from the scene. Who killed Prince Vijay? Does Raja succeed in his plan? Does Amar foil the kidnappers? Watch the mystery unfold in SURAKSHAA!
