- Swamp Thing is a an American action, adventure and drama TV series starring Crystal Reed as Abby Arcane, Virginia Madsen playing Maria Sunderland, Andy Bean as Alec Holland and Derek Mears as the titular character – Swamp Thing. The show sees Abby return to her home in Marais, Louisiana to investigate a swamp-borne virus, but an arcane secret may swerve her into a different direction than initially intended.
