Tai chi expert Angus Clark provides an introduction to the basics of the Chinese martial art. As well as a means of self-defence, tai chi was used in ancient China as a method of relaxation and meditation. The lessons in this release accommodate both the defensive and meditative elements of the discipline. Tai chi postures and sequences are demonstrated from multiple angles and include the famous Cheng Man-Ching and Chi Chiang-Tao sequences.
