In an attempt to save their marriage, Jack and Kay Chambers (Robson Green and Beth Goddard) move from the city to the rural Idyll of Hadleigh Corner. Warmly welcomed by new neighbours, Doug and Andrea, they quickly Integrate into the social scene. However, they soon find that things are not quite as they seem when they are propelled into the world Doug and Andrea's 'lifestyle parties'. Events spiral out of control when Jack falls in love with Andrea. Andrea confides that she believes her husband Doug has murdered a woman who has gone missing from the village.
