- Synopsis:
- The DEA is forced to call in their martial arts champion (Billy Blanks), a cop with an attitude, presently on loan to the New York City Police Dept., to solve the murders of three fellow DEA agents. Blanks forms an uneasy alliance with a narcotics detective (Jalal Merhi), also skilled in martial arts, to go undercover against the crime-lord (James Hong) responsible for the DEA agents' deaths... To impress Hong they enter a brutal and illegal martial arts tournament where masters of all styles of combat display their breathtaking and deadly skills...
