Tappy Feet (2004)

Children's animated comedy following the adventures of young penguins in Antarctica. Scamper and his friend, Snowflake, meet a human for the first time when a scientist comes to the area to do research. They soon make friends with the scientist's dog, Cowboy, and introduce him to their other penguin pals.
