- Synopsis:
- Salam (Kais Nashif), a television production assistant, is unexpectedly elevated to writer on the hit Palestinian soap opera, 'Tel Aviv on Fire'. He’s in over his head until he meets Assi (Yaniv Biton), an Israeli border soldier who happens to be big fan of the show. They soon work out an arrangement - Assi serves as unofficial ghostwriter, while Salam gets the credit. Things are going well until Salam and Assi engage in creative differences that threaten to impact the production of the show.
