Nikola Tesla (Laurence Cantor), renowned inventor (and perpetually broke), is confronted in his hotel apartment by a timid bellboy (Zach McCoy) with 'The Bill'. This comedy short is based the myth that Tesla used a mythical 'death-ray' to passively ward off payments for his residence at the Hotel New Yorker.
