In a dystopian future mankind has retreated to a vast subterranean city called Lukuss, where vicious gangs rule the streets and control the 'Texhnolyze' technology that replaces human parts with cybernetics. In this volume, the city is on the verge of chaos as the fragile peace that has kept it together for so long threatens to unravel.
