Rent That's My Boy Series (1981 - 1986)

Thats my Boy is a classic British comedy series about what happens when a tyrannical housekeeper moves in with her new employers and discovers that the son she gave up for adoption years ago is her new boss. The series follows Ida (Mollie Sugden), a terrible housekeeper who is employed by Dr Robert Price (Christopher Blake) and his wife Angie (Jennifer Lonsdale). When Robert almost fires her Angie is forced to tell him that she is his mother leading to an extremely awkward living and working relationship, one that Ida has no problem taking advantage of.
