The Adventures of Portland Bill: Atmospheric Interference (1983)

Join Portland Bill, the Bagpipe playing lighthouse keeper, at Guillemot Rock. Along with Bill's dog, Dogger and the other members of the lighthouse crew, Ross and Cromarty, there are lots of adventures including trips aboard the Puffin rowing boat to check the lobster pots and collect supplies from the nearby village of McGuillycuddy.
