Weeks have passed since the disappearance of a seventeen year old student. When her body parts are surprisingly found spread across the beach in the South Korean port city of Incheon, the police come under pressure. In order to solve the cruel crime as quickly as possible and calm the public, the bosses of two rival police departments are given a clear incentive - those who solve the case will be promoted. Accordingly, the rules-abiding Han Min-Tae (Yoo Jae-Myung) and his hardened colleague Jeong Han-Soo (Lee Sung-Min) clash quickly. The latter keeps some secrets, for the discovery of which his rival would do almost everything.
Jeong Han-Soo's connections to the underworld bring him some advantages in this competition for information, but only as long as he can hide from his opponent. And hiding is becoming increasingly difficult, because in this business there is no favor without consideration.
