Maverick director Michael Moore stars in the role of the intrepid defender of the working man. Embarking on a promotional tour of his 1997 bestseller 'Downsize This', he takes with him a team of cameramen to film footage of his conflicts with the American Republican way. Targeting rich 'fat cats', who look to downsize their American enterprises to pastures new that result in localised depravation and job role degradation, Moore comes into conflict with large corporations such as Nike. Moore starts off relatively small, visiting his local auto part company and investigating the closure of the Milwaukee plant in order to move operations to Mexico, he leaves nothing in his way from the human resource rep to the GEO of multi corporate companies leaving nothing unanswered. - Actors:
