The Boston Strangler is an intense crime thriller about Albert De Salvo, a Wise cracking, small time criminal, who finds himself a suspect in the terrifying strangler case that wreaked havoc in Boston during the early sixties. Guided by his manipulative cell mate, Frank, who knows more about the murders than he reveals, the enterprising duo devise a plan to gain notoriety from the killings and the money from the reward promised to anyone who can lead the police to the killer.
