Synopsis:
Corporate billionaire Edward Cole (Jack Nicholson) and working class mechanic Carter Chambers (Morgan Freeman) have little in common, or so it seems. At a crossroads in their lives, they share a hospital room and discover that surface differences (and sheet contempt) aside, they have a deep desire to experience the best that life has to offer, before they 'kick the bucket'. They write a joint 'bucket list' of and embark on the adventure of a lifetime.

Exploring the emotions surrounding the news of a short life expectancy, this is sensitively but humorously crafted by two mature actors. Sometimes a bit limp but generally an interesting idea well explored.

This film had my partner and I screaming with laughter despite the very sad topic. Morgan Freeman and Jack Nicholson were absolutely outstanding and portrayed their predicament extremely well. For me this seemed to a be a "boy" version of Steel Magnolias.

This is Jack Nicholson showing his human side! Morgan Freeman is his usual adorable self. Great acting from two of my favourite actors. A fantastic story, you laugh and cry and really get taken in by it. Not to be missed
