In a rundown suburb of Christchurch, New Zealand, Laura Chant (Erana James) lives with her mother and little brother Jacko (Benji Purchase). One day when taking care of Jacko. Laura loses sight of him. only to find him under the care of a mysterious stranger, Carmody Braque (Timothy Spall), who stamps her brother's hand and sends them on their way. She thinks nothing of it until Jacko falls sick and the mysterious stranger returns. Slowly draining the life out of her brother, Carmody proves there is much more to him than meets the eye. Locked in a supernatural battle with this ancient spirit, Laura discovers her true identity and the supernatural ability within her. With the help of a mysterious prefect from her school, she must harness it to save her brother's life. - Actors:
