It's a whole new world for 'The Hills' star Whitney Port as she moves from the comforts of her hometown of Los Angeles to the bright lights of New York City. Her journey begins with a great new job at a global design house and a cute musician she's head-over-heels for. But in New York, things change overnight,and soon Whitney decides to leave her job to pursue her dream of becoming a designer, under the critical eye of Kelly Cutrone. Whitney starts her career in New York alongside socialite Olivia Palermo, and when she moves on to her new endeavour, so does Olivia. Olivia lands a position at Elle Magazine, where she is partnered with an ambitious upstart who is determined to make sure that Olivia doesn't get a free ride on her name and social status alone.
