Four years have passed since Max Zander retired his clown's mask and gave up his battle against evil, having lost his girlfriend Claudia during a crime-fighting mission. For four years he has been working as a security guard in a shopping mall, pursuing his goal of one day catching Claudia's murderer. He knows that whoever was responsible for her murder also hid his loot - a complex and hard-to-understand building blueprint - in the shopping mall. When Claudia’s sister Leah falls into the hands of a thug named Zorbek during the brutal robbery of a weapons transporter, everything changes for Max! His old friend and partner Dobbs turns up and manages to persuade Max to help him rescue Leah. Max Zander is once again The Clown! It quickly becomes clear that Zorbek was the man who fired the fatal shots at Claudia four years earlier. Now he’s trying to finish the job he started then – to break into the Federal Treasury, the biggest stockpile of gold in the country! Max finally has the opportunity to pay Zorbek back.
