Cagliostro (Howard Vernon), an immortal magician with fearsome hypnotic powers, sends his murderous assistant Melissa (Anne Libert) - (half woman, half bird) to kill Dr. Frankenstein (Dennis Price) and steal his Monster (Fernando Bilbao). With the creature under his control, he orders it to abduct young women whose bodies provide raw material for a female counterpart.
