Rent The Final Storm (2009)

Biblical rain, dying animals and a blood red moon; clearly, all is not well on the quiet farm which Tom (Steve Bacic), Gillian (Lauren Holly) and their son call home. Before their TV and power short out, footage of weather related catastrophes wreaking havoc on a global scale are being broadcast on every channel. Even more unsettling is how quiet everything is. No neighbours, no cars, no birds, animals or insects to be seen or heard. Among these apocalyptic signs, a soft spoken mysterious man named Silas (Luke Perry) stumbles onto their property, sick and cold. According to Silas these events signify Armageddon, the end of days, the beginning of the end of time itself. Can this strange man's prophecy possibly be true?
