Collection of ten minute workouts designed to help those with even the busiest of schedules keep fit. Each of the five exercises demonstrated targets a different area of the body and is designed to produce a tangible effect quickly, allowing viewers to get themselves in shape in the swiftest possible time. The exercises are: 'Lean Legs' (10 minutes), 'Fearless Arms' (10 minutes), 'Bikini Body Blaze' (10 minutes), 'Abs-olute Core' (10 minutes) and 'Bun Burn' (10 minutes).
