Collection of short exercises designed to help those with even the busiest of schedules burn off calories. Each of the exercises targets a different area of the body and can be carried out in isolation or combined with one, or even all, of the other exercises to produce a calorie-busting workout. The exercises are: 'Warm Up' (3 minutes), 'Athletic Drills' (12 minutes), 'Explosive Power Moves' (12 minutes), 'Cardio Kickboxing' (12 minutes), 'High-Intensity Moves' (12 minutes) and 'Cool Down' (4 minutes).
