The Ford Transit on Show: Transitmania Hits Northampton (2010)

If you thought the standard accessories for a Ford Transit were a faded newspaper and empty drink can in the windscreen, think again! In August 2009 a passionate group of Ford Transit owners gathered at Billing Aquadrome in Northampton to take part in the inaugural "Transitmania", a 3 day event to celebrate their love, hard work and dedication to the van described as the "backbone of Britain". With members and enthusiasts as colourful as their beloved vehicles, this programme is a wonderful look at just what can be done to the workhorse of the road with some imagination and perhaps a dash of British eccentricity.
