Aman(Kapel Jhaveri) is happily married to Neha (Neha) and is a renowned doctor at the local hospital. At midnight on their wedding anniversary, he is visited by a man (Deep Dhillon) who warns him there will be trouble surrounding a post-mortem he is going to perform the next morning. At the post-mortem, Aman realises the man who visited him the previous night was in fact already dead and he is threatened by the man's killers to falsify the report as natural death. To ensure his compliance, Neha is taken hostage. After Neha is released, she begins to behave abnormally and tries to kill Aman.
She has been possessed by the soul of the murdered man as punishment for Aman's collaboration with the killers and is out to seek revenge.
