George Keefe's policeman brother was murdered four years ago and the killer is still on the loose. Flicking through the Evening Echo, a photography contest catches George's eye. One of the entries features enough detail to suggest it was taken on the day his brother died. George studies the photo; there's a girl waving at someone in a car and he can just make out the number plate. RYY80. George is stunned. It is the stolen car found wrecked at the scene of his brother's murder. Jon Deering, a top newspaper crime reporter, is intrigued by the case and agrees to take on the investigation to catch the killer. Could the person behind the wheel be the same person who stole the car and committed the murder? How many people are even in the car? Does the girl know the killer's identity? To answer these questions, and more, Jon must find the girl in the picture... As his investigation leads him closer to the truth, all is not as black and white as Jon first thought. When Scotland Yard reopens the murder case, the girl is suddenly at risk. Jon has to race against the clock to track her down, and save her from becoming the killer's next victim... - Actors:
