- Synopsis:
- Classic British comedy sitcom about the Good family. The series follows Tom and Barbara Good (Richard Briers and Felicity Kendal) who after paying off the mortgage on their house decide to become self sufficient so that Tom doesn’t have to work somewhere he doesn’t want to. This shocks their neighbours Margo and Jerry (Penelope Keith and Paul Eddington) who don’t think its the proper thing to do in a neighbourhood like theirs. However they are still good neighbours although Margo’s inquisitive nature does irritate the Goods as they attempt to keep some things hidden from them unsuccessfully.
