- Synopsis:
- When their mother falls ill while on holiday in France, 16-year-old Joss (Susannah York) is charged with looking after her younger brothers and sisters. Almost immediately, she finds herself out of her depth. At their hotel, she is swiftly caught up in a strange and bitter love triangle involving an Englishman, Eliot (Kenneth More), and the two women running the hotel. As the older man turns his attentions to her - and she finds herself responding - Joss begins to realise that the charming Eliot may not be everything he seems. He may even be dangerous.
