Rent The Harsh Light of Day (2012)

Occult author Daniel Shergold (Dan Richardson) seems to have the perfect life - a loving wife, a beautiful home, and a successful career. All that is taken away from him when his wife is murdered and he is left paralysed by a brutal, seemingly random, attack at his home. When the police are unable to find the perpetrators, Daniel is left in a pit of bitterness and anger, until an enigmatic stranger called Infurnari (Giles Alderson) appears and offers him a supernatural chance of revenge. He has the power to give Daniel the strength he needs to seek vengeance, but it comes at a price - Daniel must decide whether to turn his back on humanity forever and seek strength in the darkest of places.
