The Hows of Us (2018)

Filipino drama in which a young couple who believe their love is indestructible have their relationship tested. Primo (Kathryn Bernardo) has just graduated as a doctor, and is just beginning her hectic and time-consuming career as she moves in with her rock star boyfriend, George (Daniel Padilla). Primo promises to follow George around the world to see him perform, but soon their own priorities take hold and their vision of a long and happy future begins to fall apart. With the hardships involved in running a home and the possibility of starting a family, will the once inseparable couple be able to resurrect their love for each other?
