- Dennis Hopper stars as Investigator Miller who is employed to locate a high-tech laser device that has gone missing. The laser is a highly dangerous weapon capable of destroying submarines and with the Cold War at its height, Russia raises tensions even higher when their submarines are sighted in Swedish waters. The world is on a knife-edge as the Superpowers trade verbal blows with neutral Sweden wedged very firmly in the middle. A terrifying situation based on true events, the movie is a compelling tale revealing how easy it is for the fragile stability of the world to be shattered.
