Ageing hit man Harry Tremayne (Joe Mantegna) has just failed to take out his latest target. His hand flinches at the crucial moment and this botched hit means he now becomes the target. To make matters worse his daughter Racquel is his business partner and getaway driver and she too will be targeted. Harry realises his health is the issue and when he is diagnosed with a terminal brain tumor, he decides to hide the truth from his daughter but is determined to protect her at all costs. When young hit man Billy Rosco is sent in to take him out, Harry turns the tables and forms an uneasy alliance with his would be assassin.
Together all three of them must work together to stay alive but with Billy in the picture, their lives are about to change in unexpected ways.
