- Synopsis:
- Scott Glenn stars as US Marshal Cole McClary. Cole doesn't take to new policing methods, especially the ones where the criminals have rights. Cole believes in shooting first and asking questions afterwards...if there is an afterwards! When a Mexican drug gang from Miami come to Cole's to kidnap a liberal judge known for his tolerant stance on drug dealers, Cole takes a bullet saving the judge. Meanwhile the local priest and several cops lie dead. Threatened by his superiors with early retirement, Marshal McClary decides to take the law into his own hands and heads for Miami, determined to take out the bad guys or die trying.
