Guy and Joanne Cooley have lost a child in a tragic accident and seek a fresh start and quieter place to raise their two young daughters, Molly and Lucy. Drawn to picturesque town of Princeton, Massachusetts, they find the perfect find the perfect 18th century farmhouse. They begin to discover, however, that the house has a history. It was the home of Robert and Martha Keyes and their daughter Lucy who mysteriously disappeared 250 years ago in surrounding woods. As soon as they move in, strange things begin to happen. Haunted by dreams and cries in the woods at night, Joanne is convinced that the spirit of Martha Keyes wants to take Lucy as substitute for her own missing daughter. While Joanne teeters on the edge of insanity, little Lucy Cooley disappears one windy night. Is this work of supernatural forces or foul play?
