- Synopsis:
Monica (Claire Forlani) plays a cop working undercover to bust a drug dealing operation run by Gale (Pete Postlethwaite). However, maintaining her cover has taken a heavy toll on Monica...she has started sleeping with Gale and become addicted to heroin. Making matters even more dangerous, she has also been having a relationship with Denny, Gales No. 2. Denny lives in the same apartment building as May (Lauren Bacall). Denny and May often get each others mail and as a result occasionally pass misdirected mail back and forth. When Denny is found dead, Monica begins to suspect that May might have a package from Denny that could blow her cover and reveal her true identity. Desperate to find out how much she knows Monica takes her hostage but neither one is sure what will happen when Monica's addiction takes hold... - Actors:
