Rent The Long Call (2021)

"The Long Call" follows DI Matthew Venn (Ben Aldridge) who has returned to live in North Devon with his husband. It's a place Matthew walked away from 20 years ago, after being rejected by his family. He is grieving for the recent loss of his father and now must lead a shocking murder investigation: a body has been found on the beach. As Matthew and his team search for clues, the pressure mounts as the case takes an unexpected turn. Matthew must unravel the web of mystery and lies to get to the bottom of the case.
