- A wickedly funny and intelligent comedy of manners, where lies and deception rule. In this stylish, witty mystery/thriller, an investigator (Martin Dejdar) searches for the truth of two dead men in an old manor run by an overbearing woman (Greta Scachhi) and finds out quickly that he's caught in a web of lies and deceit. Everyone is a suspect, everyone has a motive and the mystery unfolds with comical twists and turns until the unpredictable ending. Also Starring Gabrielle Anwar and Peter O'Toole, 'The Manor' is a beautifully crafted period film with stellar performances by a terrific cast.
