The Merseybeat Story: The Hamburg Years (2009)

A documentary look at what happened when the rough German port of Hamburg found itself home to some of Liverpool's beat groups. It tells about early sixties rock 'n' roll in the words of the people who played there and stayed there - including Kingsize Taylor, Horst Fascher, Lee Curtis and Tony Sheridan. Some rare Beatles footage is also included.
